Easy going place with great food. Sat outside on the water as the sun went down and moon rose over the city in background, so the setting was pretty sweet too. We ordered the ham croquettes, padron peppers, romesco chicken skewers, grilled asparagus, and the ham sampler of 3 ibericos and 1 serrano. Delicious! They have good wine selection by the bottle, Moritz beer on tap, and basic house wine by the glass just as they would at any small tapas place in Barcelona or beyond. Will definitely be back, it's the type of place we immediately thought "This is a great go-to spot to hit every couple weeks..."

Came here with friends to celebrate a birthday. Food portions are small. Shareable items like paella is good for sharing. So order more. Average prices. Expect $40-$50 a person to be enjoy the sampling. No photos to share because I was busy talking and eating. Got to make sure I sample each plate. We had olives, gambas in olive oil, salted anchovies, salad, tortilla de patata, jamones, bruschetta, grilled asparagus and two kinds of paella - seafood mix and squid ink. Go for squid ink - I can't tell what's in there but definitely some squid and tasted better than the mixed seafood paella. Can't put my finger on what's missing in the seafood version - the rice is not as flavorful.

Decent food, great view and ambience. Stumbled by this gem along the touristy boat quay from my sister-in-law's recommendations. It was difficult to find as the boat quay shophouses are not numbered, and the sign was a relatively small circle perpendicular to the side walk. An easy tip to find the place is by spotting the cat cafe right above it! The menu is simple and relatively small compared to its other outlet, but has the key elements of a Spanish restaurant - tapas, cured meats, alcohol and paella. We tried the cava sangria as i had not previously seen this anywhere else. Cava is the champagne of Spain, light and bubbly, usually to start off a meal. Sadly, although there was a good amount of fruits in the sangria, the overall taste of the sangria was rather bitter.. maybe from the cava or insufficient juice mixed in? We tried several tapas and the paella: the fried chorizo is a little salty, but still tasty. The olives had a good spicy kick to it. The melted cheese mushroom was good too. My personal favorite was the paella. It had good flavor, lots of seafood and chorizo but was a little salty for my taste. My favorite part of the little Spanish place is the view. The seats by the Singapore river were very breezy and has very good view of the city, including VCH, MBS, city hall, Fullerton. You also get live music from timbre across the river and some other bars further down the shophouses. It was also really nice that it wasn't particularly loud so conversation could be easily carried out. I would definitely be back when in need of a place to chill with some friends!

I really enjoyed the tapas here. Sure, it's in touristy Boat Quay, but on a nice night you can sit outside and people-watch while waiting for your tapas to come. Friday night was of course busy. It did take a while for our dishes to come out; timing-wise there were some long gaps here and there. My favourite dishes of the evening were the croquetas (can never go wrong with those!) the house paella, and the migas con chorizo. The Secreto Iberico was one of the highlighted specials and pricier, but it didn't impress me as much. For the tl;dr crowd: make a reservation, order the migas con chorizo, and the house paella is worth the wait!
